I developed a rich experience on high level sets, working with directors like Martin Scorsese, Stephen Soderbergh, Terry Gilliam and Abel Ferrara. I worked on dozens of tv spots, videoclips and short films until I had the pleasure to deepen the world of digital effects and animation. This is a sector which is constantly evolving, towards a future of cinema and television production. I found irresistibly challenging driving my experience in this constantly evolving virtual world, aiming a creative and technical innovation.

In Direct2Brain I found a perfect union between creativity and technology, and my strong inclination to reach success. My strategy is based on cooperation at any level, inside and outside the company. That created an environment of great excitement and confidence that soon infected everyone, driving us beyond our limits. Nowadays we look at the future with great determination, curiosity and optimism.

Metropolis was a television broadcasting serialized in six episodes, last April on Rai Tre.
Direct2Brain worked on the special effects of the historical rebuilding of past events and possible future such as structural collapses or landscape reconstructions.

I started as an architect, then as digital artist, I work in the post-production area since 2000. I love the mountains and that atmosphere, the life in the wood, exploring the places around me, trying to imagine how to transform them, modify them, to feel lost into them.

That is possible with visual effects: imagination, technique, creativity mixed to the synergy of a teamwork give me the opportunity to create new ideas, facing the most important challenge, that is the realization of images leaving the observer involved into the magic world of the unreal.

Jenny,is a sixteen-year-old American girl, lives in New York, she was born in Italy but at 2 years, when her mother died, she moved to the US to go living with her grandma.
She came to Italy to visit his father, a former surgeon and scholar of the ancient Etruscans, who is living in Tuscany since 20 years. It ‘s the first time that Jenny comes back, she wants to visit all the places told by his father, in particular the Lake of the Idols, a remarkable archaeological site on which bottom have been found numerous Etruscan statuettes in bronze dating back more 3000 years ago. A large number of these seems to represent human figures or equal human organs or anatomical thrown into the lake during mysterious rituals.
But, neglected by his father engaged in his work, Jenny comes into contact with some children placed in a foster home. Jenny becomes their friend and spend time with them. One evening, the children decide to take Jenny to the lake, here, in a magical atmosphere, Jenny assists at the appearance of the souls of three Etruscans children.
The souls ask her to recover three bronze statues stolen from the lake long ago. Jenny realizes that his father has the statuettes kept in his studio, always locked.
Jenny penetrate her father’s study and recover the remains only to discover the terrible secret kept there …

Since I was young, I have always dreamt of turning what we find just in the imagination into something real and absolutely credible. I started doing that with illustration, photography, direction until the most innovative techniques of computer graphics, pursuing the same goal: giving shape to ideas, to dreams, surprising and exciting.
Giving reality to something unreal is a challenge you cannot win by yourself, especially in a sector where specialization reaches extremely high levels. It is a matter of teamwork, an amazing interaction of intelligence and ability. I love this job because beyond the technologic perception that can be seen from the outside, it preserves the respect for individual skills and for the ability to mix them in new shapes.
My activity is constantly full of incentives because I have the opportunity to work with these talents every day, and I can face the difficult challenges with harmony and determination.
